We and trusted third parties use your personal data solely for the purpose of providing you with membership of a Taekwondo association, with access to seminars, insurance and promotion tests/certificates, along with other services related to martial arts. These details are stored securely in our online membership system. We don't hold any credit card or banking information ourselves, this is only held on GoCardless's system as our payment processor. UKTDC keeps the information submitted on paper forms secure. However, the control of the data before UKTDC receives it is the responsibility of the individual instructor.
When someone visits our websites we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
We don't gather customer email address into a mailing list of any form, we only use contact details given purely for the purposes of providing insurance through our membership of the British Taekwondo Council as part of our contractual arrangement.
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to our data protection officer Master Nigel Hudson.
